Tessa Brown and Jeremy Schmölzer have been working away in Beechworth, North East Victoria since 2013. Alongside developing their home vineyard Thorley, which is the highest site in Beechworth, they’ve developed a range of pure-fruited and aromatic whites and light reds from Beechworth and the upper reaches of the King Valley.

Leaning on Tessa’s viticulture background and Jeremy’s partly Austrian heritage, they grow and make precise and understated Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Nebbiolo, plus a hatful of other varietals and blends that cross their radars.
